"You Look Like a Blueberry"

Will Ferrell.  You never really left me.  This morning as my wee one was inhaling blueberries, the wise Will's Anchorman quote entered my mind.  Blueberries have been his go-to food recently.  Teething has left him not wanting to eat or sleep well, but really into drooling and chewing tables.  I can't discuss his diapers, lest the internet police shut down my blog for indecencies.

These are also terrible excuses for his 10 month old photos, so I will try again when his upper lip isn't glistening with snot and he is not an obligate mouth breather.

At this age, Stephen Ross is creeping and standing (less than 10 seconds at a time, generally) but not walking.  He will walk holding fingers, but usually is not happy because he feels tricked into doing so (believing every time someone reaches down, it should be to pick him up, not make him walk).  Solid foods are his main stay, but he still has four bottles of formula daily.  Sadly, we just stopped nursing - he would rather brush his teeth with a toy than sit still.  Badger noises along with "dada"and "baba" are what usually come out of his mouth, though occasionally he flaunts p, t, n, f, s, k/c and m sounds.
